Many famous Chinese enterprises successfully located in the African market and got fast and rapid development, such as Huawei, ZTE. China Railway Construction and so on .They have paved the way for the arrival of other Chinese company.Therefore, our chamber of commerce is more firmly aware that it is very necessary to help Chinese enterprises to “go out”and development together.

In October and November 2013, when president Xi Jinping visited Kazakhstan and ASENAN countries, he proposed the development strategy of the “One Belt One Road”. The practice of China- Africa relations has roved that the policy and communication between China and Africa . the unification of facilities, the smooth flow of trade, the smooth integration of funds and the common people have greatly promoted the development of China- Africa relations. Frequent high-level and non- governmental exchanges have communicated with one another’s hearts and wonders. China and Africa have become “communities of common destiny.

According to Ghanaian officials, the strategy of the “One Belt One Road”.is not a new thing in Africa.In ancient times, Zheng He went down to the West Coast of Africa an reached the coast of Africa. Africa countries all indicated that the implementation of the “One Belt One Road” development strategy of China will bring new opportunities to Africa and promote the development of African countries.

With the gradual implementation and continuous integration of “the Belt and Road”and “Vision 2063,” the socio- economic development of china and the African continent will be elevated a new level.
